The flood protection boom is a versatile and flexible flood protection barrier that can be used on water levels of between 30cm and 2 metres over an unlimited distance.
It is an ideal system forcreating a barrier to protect your premises in the event of aflood warning.
Equipped with standardized fittings and easy to store, set-up, use and dismantle after usethe flood protection boomprotects traffic routes, industrial, historic or strategic sites.

How it works
This flood protection barrier uses the strength and power of water to keep areas protected from flooding. The barrier is simple and easy to store and can easily be handled by two people.
The flood protection barrier utilised a simple concept based on modular flood barriers available in the following formats:-
- Single tubes or double tubes
- Diameter - 40cm / 60cm / 80cm
- Length - 10m / 20m / 30m
- Straight or angle fixings available in three diameters
How to set the flood barrier up
Fill the watertight barrier with water. Depending on the length of the barrier a pump may be required, please contact us for further information.
The water enables the boom to be in complete contact with the floor, thus, creating a watertight seal between the ground and the barrier ensuring the integrity of the barrier. When the barrier is no longer required simply drain the water out of the tube before folding and storing away.
Assembling a barrier to prevent the risk of flooding
The water barrier system can be used as a single barrier or stacked due to its modular properties to create a much taller barrier against larger flood risks.
