Spillstop is a rapidly deployable, multi-functional liquid barrier defence and bunded containment system. Widely used to protect high risk utilities, businesses and households. Inexpensive, highly effective with no construction civil works required.
HOW IT WORKS
Applications:
- Protecting premises and products from damage due to flooding or spills
- As a barrier system to contain or divert flood water
- An effective temporary bunding system
Weighted:
- Spillstop units fill with the liquids it is containing or can be filled with ballast material for added security. This combined weigh of the liquid being blocked or contained and the weighted connection keys, secures the barriers in position.

Unique foam:
- Each pod incorporates a unique foam gasket base creating a tight seal with the ground. No bolting to the ground is required, th weight of the filled units and weighted connection keys secure the barrier in position. Each pod comes complete with a key to lock the pods together.
Efficient:
- As the water you are protecting against or the contained liquids are removed, the pods empty themselves and become light enough to be carried away.
Suitable terrains:
- Spillstop is suitable for use on hard standings such as roads, pavements, pathways.
Precautions:
If situated on a porous surface then the contained liquids would eventually penetrate standard ground. If Spillstop is to be used as a temporary bund then it is suggested to use an optional groundsheet available from Darcy that helps create a watertight container.
