Trident Industrial Rope Mop Oil Skimmer
The Trident Industrial Mop skimmer is used to recover surface oil contaminants from industrial waste water processes in a wide variety of applications including the following market sectors:

The advantage of the Trident Industrial mop skimmer is that it can be used in a variety of configurations for vertical or horizontal mop deployments for either down boreholes or drains to recovery across lakes and rivers as well as retro fitting to industrial water treatment facilities. These include - separators, interceptors, drains, reception sumps, settlement ponds, balancing tanks, fat traps and so on.
The system typically incorporates an oily/water separator which allows any free water pick up to be returned to the effluent water allowing only oil to be gravity drained or pumped to the waste oil storage tanks nearby. This means the system can effectively operate 24 hours per day 7 days per week without any manual assistance ensuring peace of mind clearing all visible surface oil contamination.
The skimmers can be powered either by a mains electrical power source or by air, hydraulic or diesel engine if required.
The Industrial Oil Skimmer can be used for any application covering all applications. CAPACITY: 2M3/H - 15M3/H (Depending on final specifications required)
The mops are a specially polypropylene fabric which is stitched to form a continuous loop. The mops are available in 4", 6" and 9" widths in BLACK (for heavy sticky oils) and WHITE (for general use) and from 2m long to 120m long depending on the application.
All systems are made to order to tailor to customer specific requirements.
